Death number 116 in the year 1845, District of St. Agnes, Registration District of Truro. Recorded by Joseph Newton, Registrar. Joshua Jory, of Menaguisey, St. Agnes was in attendance when he died. He was listed as a 33 year old Miner who died of Miner's Consumption in Meneguisey, in the Parish of St. Agnes.

She, using the name Jane, was listed as a 31 year old single woman from Wheel Butson in the Parish of St. Agnes. His father was listed as Richard Jory, a Miner, and her father Samuel Nankivell, also a Miner. They were married by R. M. Hodges, Superintendent Registrar, according to the rites and cerremonies of the parties. James Mathews and Alice Jory (his grandmother) were the witnesses. James signed the register and Jane "made her mark".
