  Notes	FRANK BERTRAM DEAD Frank Bertram, the well known livery-man died Friday morning from a complication of disorders, chief among which was inflammation of the bowels. Mr. Bertram had been ill about ten days. He had not been in perfect health, his physicians say, for many years. Several years ago he was obliged to submit to an operation. He was a stirring business man and enjoyed a wide acquaintance in this city, and is highly spoken of by those who knew him. The funeral will occur this afternoon at three o'clock.
