Beloved wife of 61 years to the late Lewis Parker, Canadian Historical Artist. Loving mother to Craig Hyde (predeceased) (Karen), Christine, Leslie Anne (Eric), and Matthew (Barbara). Loving grandmother to Emily, Kyra, Nova, Rylan, Jared, Laura and Elia. A woman of dignity and simple elegance, Eleanor was always deeply caring, a gentle and beautiful spirit who invested her life into her family. She was an inspiration to her husband with whom she made a treasured home in the country on Wagner's Lake. Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8 at 2 p.m. followed by the Memorial Service at 3 p.m. at McDougall & Brown Funeral Home "Scarborough Chapel", 2900 Kingston Rd. (east of St. Clair Ave. E.). Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in Eleanor's name may be given to Princess Margaret Hospital or The Yonge Street Mission.
