Gertrude Adora at the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Southampton on Wednesday April 8, 1987, Gertrude Adora (Beemer) Whetstone-McFadyen in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late John McFadyen and William Whetstone, dear mother of Mary Jane (Mrs. Don Harrison) of Guelph, Peter Whestone and his wife barbara of Auburn and Catherine (Mrs. Wayne Oakley) of Acton. George and Arita of Florida, Eldon and Mary of Toronto, Ron of London. Dear sister of Jean Beemer of Kincardine, survived also by 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Rested at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, 252 Dublin St. N. Guelph, where a funeral service was held on Saturday, April 11 at 2 o'clock, Cremation. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.

Dearly loved father of Chris and his wife Heather. Loved grandfather of Ashley and Tyler, and loving son of Devina and the late Charles Walker. Brother od Doris Daykin, Alan Walker and the late Shirley MacLay. Remembered by many nieces and nephews and their families.
